We have the right to modify these terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.

1 - Products

We sell .

2 - Registration

You must register to order a product. To do so, you must provide us with your personal information. This personal information must be filled in truthfully and it must be current. We protect your personal data well; see our Privacy Statement on our website. Use a strong password for your account and never give your password to others. You are responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: if someone else places an order with us using your password).

3 - Payments

The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You can pay in our webshop with Bank transfer. The shipping costs, unless otherwise stated, will be paid by you.

4 - Deliveries

We will deliver your product to the address you provided when you placed the order. You cannot change the address once we have already shipped the package. Shop delivers handles the distribution. When the package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us, with which you can follow the order. We do our best to ship the order within two business days. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. If this unexpectedly fails, you may request us to (a) refund the amount you paid for the product immediately, or (b) send you a replacement product (of equal value).

5 - Returns

You may always return the product within 14 days of receiving it (the product must still be sealed). You can do this using the return form or by sending an e-mail to quinn.ramkisoen@gmail.com. After you have received confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days.

Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days and pay the costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense, unless we notify you otherwise.

During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and its packaging with care.

You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product. The following products are excluded from the right of return:

6 - Warranty

We provide a warranty. The warranty period is stated per product. Otherwise, the statutory warranty period applies. If the product breaks during normal use and within the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement product. You must then send the defective product to us in the original packaging. The shipping costs are at your expense.

7 - Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be a maximum of the amount of the product ordered and paid for.

8 - Privacy Policy

We protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

9 - Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or we manage them with the permission of the rights holder). Your use may not infringe on this.

10 - Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, we would like to hear from you. Please send your complaint as soon as possible (and describe it as completely as possible) to quinn.ramkisoen@gmail.com. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to handle the complaint, you will receive confirmation of your complaint within 5 days and we will let you know when we expect a substantive response. If we cannot resolve the complaint between ourselves, a dispute will arise that falls under the dispute procedure.

11 - Dispute resolution

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in Amsterdam has jurisdiction. As a consumer, you can also visit the ODR platform (Online Dispute Resolution).
